The 2021 Chablis shows the classic cool-climate expression of the region: green apple, citrus zest and white orchard fruit, supported by fine saline minerality and the subtle flinty tension that defines true Chablis. Fermented and aged predominantly in stainless steel with a careful touch of older oak for texture, it offers bright acidity, clean lines, and impressive precision.
