A Kartli blend of Chinuri and Goruli Mtsvane, partially fermented on skins in qvevri before extended maturation in clay amphora. The wine balances citrus zest, orange peel and dried herbs with saline minerality and gentle tannic shape. Textural and expressive, it finishes long and dry with refreshing acidity and subtle oxidative nuance.
