A Yarra Valley vineyard blend from Seville, St Andrews and Steels Creek, 100% hand-picked and wild fermented in new and old French oak. No additions or fining except SO2 and a light filtration; vegan friendly.

Pale yellow in colour with a green hue. White peach, citrus blossom, mille-feuille and toasted nuts come to mind aroma-wise. The wine is young and coiled up and loves air. The palate is quite savoury, with salty lime freshness, building weight and texture with time as more juicy stone fruit flavours emerge. It’s tightly coiled and, as per usual, will be fantastic with a few years in the cellar. — Shaun Crinion
