The Daosa Natural Réserve is a refined sparkling from the cool-climate slopes of the Piccadilly Valley, blending Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier. Made by Méthode Traditionnelle under the estate’s Method Classic™ approach, it shows delicate strawberry from Pinot Noir, expressive Chardonnay fruit mid-palate, and fine mousse, with added depth from reserve wines. Sourced from some of the Adelaide Hills’ oldest sparkling-focused vineyards—Summertown (planted 1987) and the high-altitude Bizot site at 500 m—the wine reflects red clay and sandy loam soils over ancient shale, delivering elegance, complexity, and length.
