"100% Marsanne. Blend of parcels located in the IGP "Collines Rhodaniennes" area. Aged for 8 months, with 1/3 in barrels, 1/3 in large oak casks, and 1/3 in tanks . The color is clear and bright. The nose evokes a bouquet of white flowers with citrus notes. The palate is mineral and luscious, with a touch of bitterness on the finish, extending the wine's length. Best enjoyed in its youthful freshness. Pairs well with cheese, especially goat cheese."
