Sourced entirely from this southern cool-climate region, it’s a wine that marries dark cherry, raspberry, spice and earthy nuance with the Huon’s hallmark tension and slow-ripened structure. Just 10% whole bunch was included, with wild fermentation and maturation in seasoned puncheons before bottling unfined and unfiltered.
