'100% Dolcetto from the municipalities of Monforte d’Alba, Castelletto and Bussia Salicetti vineyards. Soft crushing of the grapes with de-stemming; spontaneous fermentation in steel tank at a controlled temperature of 25 – 27 °C; maceration for one week with frequent and soft pumping over, before ageing for a few months in oak barrels. Intense, fruity and red berry flavours, recalling dried rose. Dry, robust and slightly tannic, with a hint of bitter almond.'
