Made from 80% of two consecutive vintages, it’s crafted in the traditional method to balance freshness and depth, with minimal SO₂ and extended lees contact. The nose opens with green apple, lemon, and lime blossom, layered over warm notes of toast, cinnamon, and dried herbs; the palate is creamy yet precise, lifted by lively acidity and a dry, textural finish.
