Bunnahabhain

Pronounced {Bu-nah-hav-en}, meaning “mouth of the river,” Bunnahabhain draws its name and inspiration from its unique location at the mouth of the Margadale stream. Tucked away at the end of a narrow, single-track road on the shores of the Sound of Islay, the distillery is as renowned for its spectacular surroundings as it is for its exceptional whisky.
Unlike many of its Islay counterparts, Bunnahabhain is celebrated for its signature unpeated style — a gentle and complex expression of the island. With a focus on authenticity, traditional craftsmanship, and a rich sherried character, Bunnahabhain Single Malt Whisky proudly stands as Authentic. Uncompromising. Unpeated.

Bunnahabhain 12 Years Old Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky
This 12 Year Old Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky was the beginning of the Bunnahabhain core range, launched to fanfare and praise alike. Non-chill filtered and natural colour, taste the origins of Bunnahabhain with an alluring balance of sweet fruit, nuts, vanilla and a delicate coastal influence.
Tobermory

Nestled on the vibrant shores of the Isle of Mull, Tobermory Distillery has been a beacon of craftsmanship and heritage since its founding in 1798. Set against the backdrop of the island's rugged landscapes and iconic colourful harbour, our distillery is more than just a place where whisky is made - it's a part of the tapestry of Mull's rich history and culture.
For over two centuries, we have been crafting single malt whiskies that capture the sprit of the island, combining the pure waters from the Gearr Abhainn brook with traditional methods, passed down through the generations. We take great pride in blending tradition and innovation, producing small-batch whiskies which capture the unique character of Mull in every drop.

The Isle of Mull, with its dramatic landscapes and maritime climate, infuses our whisky with a character that’s impossible to find anywhere else. We source our water from the nearby Gearr Abhainn brook, imbuing our whiskies with a distinct mineral quality that perfectly complements both the peated and unpeated expressions we create. From the oak casks within which we age our whisky, to the peat that informs Ledaig's smoky profile, every element of our process is deeply connected to the natural world that surrounds us.

At Tobermory Distillery, we craft not one, but two distinct styles of whisky, each reflecting the unique characteristics of our location and heritage as an island single malt. Tobermory is our signature unpeated single malt and is known for its bright, fruity notes with hints of citrus, oak, and subtle sweetness. Tobermory whisky is a reflection of the lively town we call home, evoking the fresh, vibrant energy of Mull’s natural beauty. A bolder expression of our craft, Ledaig is our peated whisky. Deeply influenced by the rugged coastline and topography of our island, Ledaig delivers a rich, smoky flavour with earthy undertones.

Tobermory 1999 21 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky
The newest member of Tobermory core range, this 21 year old whisky has been finished in Oloroso sherry casks, with notes of cherry wood, brown sugar and caramelised pineapples.

Ledaig Sinclair Rioja Cask Single Malt Scotch Whisky
Made with heavily peated barley before being matured in Ex-Bourbon Casks, and finished in hand-selected Spanish Rioja Casks, this single malt contains powerful flavours of smoke, spice, grape and sweet berries, with a lingering saltiness.

Thomson

Thomson Whisky was founded in 2009 by Mathew and Rachael Thomson, born from a passion for single malt and a creative spirit. What began as a side project in their Auckland spare room quickly evolved into one of New Zealand’s most awarded craft distilleries.
The journey started with independent bottlings of rare stock from the closed Willowbank Distillery in Dunedin, aiming to offer Kiwis whisky they could truly be proud of. Alongside this, Mathew had been experimenting with Manuka-smoked barley since 2005, exploring a new frontier of local flavour.
In 2014, Thomson Whisky launched its own production distillery on the outskirts of Auckland, complete with hand-beaten copper pot stills from Portugal. Today, the distillery produces both whisky and gin using traditional methods, local ingredients, and a bold creative approach.
Thomson Whiskies are made with just three ingredients — water, yeast, and malted barley — and matured in a variety of casks including ex-bourbon and New Zealand wine barrels. Smoke is sourced from native Manuka wood and South Island peat, creating whiskies that reflect the landscape and spirit of Aotearoa.
Still independently owned and 100% New Zealand operated, Thomson Whisky continues to define a new chapter in the country’s distilling story — crafting distinctive spirits for modern enthusiasts around the world.

Thomson Manuka Smoke New Zealand Single Malt Whisky

The Remnant Whisky Co.

A little over ten years ago ————- started a scheme to help finance growth of his fledgling whisky company ————-. It is possible in those early days that ————- intentions were good but it wasn’t long before ————-, given a big endorsement by Whisky Bible author Jim Murray, was in financial trouble and ————- was selling empty barrels and stealing from other barrels to bottle and sell.
Fast forward a little and those investors left with the remnant of the failure were stuck between a rock and a hard place due to ————- refusal to fulfil ————- contracts in place with investors.
Enter Peter Bignell of Belgrove Rye Whisky fame and his hastily formed consortium. Peter, a gentleman if ever there was one, felt the pain of the ————- investors and put together a rescue deal to purchase the barrels and set out to blend and bottle the whisky that almost never saw the light of day.

The Remnant Whisky Co. Golden Fleece Tasmanian Single Malt Whisky
Aromas of butterscotch and white chocolate meld with blood orange, spiced Christmas pudding, and hints of fresh raspberries. The palate is rich and full-bodied with ripe peaches, burnt fig, and Medjool dates leading to a finish of cola and toffee apple.
Sagamore Rye

Sagamore Spirit is a Baltimore-based distillery dedicated to reviving Maryland’s historic rye whiskey tradition. Founded in 2013 by Kevin Plank, the visionary behind Under Armour, the distillery blends time-honored techniques with modern innovation to craft exceptional rye whiskies. Central to their process is the use of pure, limestone-filtered spring water from a 1909 spring house at Sagamore Farm, which imparts a distinctive smoothness to their spirits.
Embracing a grain-to-glass philosophy, Sagamore Spirit emphasizes local sourcing and community engagement, ensuring every bottle reflects the rich heritage and craftsmanship of Maryland. Their commitment to quality and authenticity has positioned them as a leading force in the resurgence of American rye whiskey.

Sagamore Small Batch Straight Rye Whiskey
Sagamore Rye is a blend of two straight rye mash bills, aged 4 to 6 years in high-char American oak barrels and proofed with limestone-filtered spring water from a 1909 spring house. Made entirely in Maryland, the whiskey reflects a grain-to-glass philosophy — built on strong ties to local farming and an unwavering commitment to quality.
The flavor profile balances classic baking spices with fruit-forward notes, evolving into layers of caramel, honey, and brown sugar. A warm spice and honey finish lingers gently through soft oak and subtle fruit, capturing the essence of traditional Maryland-style rye with a modern, thoughtful touch.

Stauning
Stauning Distillery, established in 2005 by a collective of nine Danish friends, is Denmark's first purpose-built whisky distillery. Nestled in the tranquil West Jutland region, the distillery combines traditional Scottish methods with local craftsmanship to produce distinctive single malt and rye whiskies. Their production process features open-floor malting, direct-fired copper pot stills, and maturation in oak casks, all using locally sourced grains and water. Stauning's commitment to quality and innovation has garnered international acclaim, positioning them as a leading force in the revival of Danish whisky.

The distillery's purpose-built facility, opened in 2018, reflects modern Danish design with clean, sharp angles and burnt timber panelling, mirroring the fisherman's huts along the coast. Stauning's grain-to-glass philosophy emphasizes simplicity, using only three ingredients: grain, yeast, and water. This approach captures the essence of Denmark's natural environment, celebrating the collective effort involved in whisky creation.
Stauning offers a range of whiskies, including their renowned Rye Whisky, which is 100% floor-malted in-house and matured in virgin American oak barrels. The result is a smooth, full-bodied whisky with a distinctive, robust character, featuring notes of vanilla, caramel, and ripe cherries. Each expression reflects Stauning's dedication to craftsmanship and their deep connection to the Danish terroir.

Stauning Bastard Mezcal Finish Danish Rye Whisky
Born from bold experimentation, Stauning Bastard is a double-distilled rye whisky that blends Danish craftsmanship with Mexican soul. Made entirely from local rye and barley—floor-malted at the Stauning distillery—it is aged for 3 to 4 years in new toasted virgin American oak, then finished for at least 6 months in mezcal casks from Oro de Oaxaca.
The result is a whisky unlike any other: rich and elegant with notes of sweet pipe tobacco, citrus, oak, and dried fruits. On the palate, expect waves of vanilla, cinnamon, shortbread, and molasses, finishing long with subtle smoke, salt, and brown sugar spice.
Part of Stauning’s Research Series, this release pushes boundaries while staying grounded in tradition—100% handmade, unfiltered, and fueled by innovation.
