The Agricola Ebenezer Shiraz is a bold yet finely tuned expression of Barossa Shiraz from the revered Hoffmann vineyards, farmed by the same family since the 1850s. Located in Ebenezer, these sites yield fruit of great density and regional power. Winemaker Callum Powell embraces whole-bunch fermentation, natural processes and élevage on lees for 12 months to preserve energy and freshness. The result is a richly textured wine laden with black cherry, plum, sweet spice and earthy tannin, showing both plush generosity and kinetic drive.
