Although the name references its origins as a dynamic blend, the wine has been entirely Chenin Blanc for several vintages, with the name now reflecting the energy and vitality of the vineyard itself.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp data-start=\"1308\" data-end=\"1725\"\u003eThe fruit was hand picked, chilled overnight, hand sorted and lightly cold pressed as whole bunches, with 20% seeing 24 hours on skins. Wild fermentation took place in mature French barriques and clay amphorae, followed by 11 months on lees with regular bâtonnage.
