Certified organic and biodynamic, the vineyard is farmed entirely without irrigation, tilling, pruning or chemicals, allowing nature to shape the fruit expression.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp data-start=\"5603\" data-end=\"5920\"\u003eThe grapes were hand picked, cooled and meticulously sorted bunch by bunch and berry by berry before naturally fermenting as whole berries in large-format barrels over thirty days with hand plunging and no temperature control. Following fermentation, the wine matured for eighteen months in oak, 20% of which was new.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp data-start=\"5922\" data-end=\"6308\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\"\u003eUnlike many Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignons that include small portions of other Bordeaux varieties in the blend, this wine is entirely Cabernet Sauvignon.
